Case studies and figures on the Site — including results from Boss Hog Moving Co., a business owned and operated by our founder — describe real outcomes from specific businesses under specific conditions. They are illustrations of what our systems and services have achieved, not a promise or guarantee of your results. Every business is different; outcomes depend on factors outside any agency’s control, including your market, pricing, operations, and execution.

Submitting the contact form or having an introductory conversation does not create a client relationship. Any engagement with Stay Moving Media is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, and terms. If anything in such an agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

The Site’s content — including the Stay Moving Media name, wordmark, design, and copy — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written permission. Third-party names and marks referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners.

Do not misuse the Site: no attempting to breach its security, no scraping at disruptive volume, no submitting unlawful, deceptive, or malicious content through our forms, and no using the Site to send spam.

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stay Moving Media will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, bosshogmoving.com). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from them will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arkansas.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
