When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, email address, company name, industry, company size, a description of your current marketing, your goals, and anything you write in the message field. Provide only what you are comfortable sharing; the form works with the required fields alone.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — pages visited, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, how you found us, and interactions such as scrolls and outbound clicks. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to do this. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and operations.

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether we are a fit to work together, operate and improve the site, and understand which marketing channels bring visitors. If you become a client, information you have shared may inform the work we do together.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make this site work: Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery for contact form submissions), and Google (analytics). Each processes data on our behalf under their own privacy commitments. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Contact inquiries are retained in our email for as long as they are useful for responding to you and managing our business relationship. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings and Google’s policies.

You can browse the site without submitting the contact form. You can block or clear cookies in your browser to limit analytics. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these, email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

This site is intended for business audiences and not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date. Material changes may also be noted on the site.
