Refund & Cancellation Policy

Dixie Ventures LLC d/b/a Stay Moving Media is committed to fair, transparent, and clearly documented billing practices. Prior to beginning services, each client will be provided with and agree to the applicable scope of work, pricing, payment terms, recurring charges, and cancellation terms. Stay Moving Media will not knowingly charge a client for services outside of the terms authorized by the client.

Clients may cancel ongoing services in accordance with the cancellation terms established in their service agreement. Once a cancellation becomes effective, no recurring charges will be made for future service periods. If a client believes they were charged after properly canceling services, Stay Moving Media will promptly review the client’s agreement, cancellation records, and billing history. If a charge was made in error or was not properly authorized under the applicable agreement, the erroneous charge will be refunded.

If a client is dissatisfied with services already provided, Stay Moving Media will review the circumstances in good faith and work with the client toward an appropriate resolution. Refunds for services already performed are evaluated on a case-by-case basis based on the work completed, amounts already incurred or committed on the client’s behalf, the applicable service agreement, and the circumstances of the request. Stay Moving Media will maintain appropriate documentation of client agreements, billing authorizations, cancellations, and material changes to recurring services.
